To Power Stance with two similar weapons you need to attack with L1/LB. L2/LT will use the Ash of War of the right hand weapon (or left hand if you are double handling it) Yeah it's a bit weird in that sense. I would like to have a separate left hand attack instead of two for my right.

Depends on what you want your build to be. You’ll get more damage by going DEX and keeping Arcane lower, but arcane is a caster stat and there are some really cool spells that will be very good with arcane scaling. Also bleed prox scales with arcane. Personally I would choose Arcane for the versatility and faster bleed will honestly make up ...I am dual wielding them of course, and Elenora's Poleblade says it does bleed build up, yet it never really happens from what I see. Elenora's does fire and physical with added bleed build up, but the bleed build up is half as much as the Godskin Peeler. That is why you see it less, you burn your enemies to death before they bleed out.

Without a doubt, Eleonora's Poleblade is the cream of the crop when it comes to twinblades. A triple threat of Physical, Fire, and Bleed damage make this weapon a very popular choice for Dexterity and Arcane builds. Stats. Eleonora's Poleblade has an even split of base attack damage across Physical and Fire, with 72 in each.
Reason being it will never reach the absurd Bleed buildup of a Blood Infused regular Twinblade or the absurd weapon art of Rivers of Blood. Weapons requiring somber stones don't get good IMO until at least +6, but more like +8, but you need to have Arcane at least at 45 (with or without White Mask).
Poleblade scales better with Arcane. It seems that Arcane scales both the physical and the fire damage while dex only scales the physical. I dual wield it with a Blood Godskin Peeler (111 bleed). With Rotten Winged Sword Insignia and Lord of Blood's Exultation it seems to do pretty well. It is better to dual wield at high level for pretty much every weapon unless you are using a shield, 2 handing is never needed. I believe it's really preference.
